If you dropship to CA, FL, DC, HI MD, MA, MS, or TN, please include your resale and license for these states to avoid being charged sales tax.
To get your form:

2. Print, sign and complete
Print, sign and complete the appropriate Resale Certificate form or equivalent.
3. Send it
Send the complete form along with a copy of your State Sales Tax License using one of the following:
